"OYO HOTEL PAL AVADH at 215/409, Subhas Marg, Naka Hindola, Lucknow 226004 is a cheat and fraud. The man at reception will try to take your mobile to view your booking, but however he will checkout from your mobile and will give you a filthy room. Once you are inside the you can be robbed or extorted as officially you have checked in and checked out from the room with a reason change of mind. Then no complaint will be lodged. He is local goon. However, an FIR has been lodged against the hotel owner. So try to avoid this hotel for your own safety."

"Never book this stay. The Staffs were ok, but the manager and the owner are well defined as Gold diggers. Only wanted to make money- N they dont give a damn to provide good services anyway. Better use couchsurfing and interact with locals than going in such hotels by paying lot of money n getting in return total ignorance and no service from them. OYO is doing a good job by giving these hotels customers as no one will stay there as seeing the rooms themselves."

"ATTENTION - KINDLY TAKE A BRIEF NOTE OF MY EXPERIENCE Booking days - 5 days total Amount charged - 1200 approx Checked out - On 2nd day only out of frustration Overall experience - Worst Brief : initially satisfied with the room . Lately realised toilet seat broken & got removed. Complained and they shifted to 2nd room - there too toolet sear was barely just kept over comod in dettached situation you couldn't sit on it . Complained & got shifted to 3rd room which was comparativy very small - there too tv sinply doesn't work & broken remote kept.By next early morning ac went off & didn't get on again - again complained & they said u can now shift to another bigger room if you are not ok with tv & ac not working- there too floor was left dirty & ac water leaking straight down on bed & pillow over your head. Complained again & this time they started misbehaving showing arrogance & yellong that these are just too little things to complain over & i am making a scene out of nothing. In between all of this chaps they made me wait & sit at reception from 9 to 5 pm in name of your toilet is getting repaired. Additionally , whether you ask for anything be it towel soap water tv remore they made you wait unless you ask ot twice & thrice. Lastly I got frustrated and checked out. Even they had added two cups of tea in my total bill ehich i never ordered at all So decide yourself."

"first this is a pg not the hotel, they provide pg's food not the delicious food, no staff was available in housekeeping, staff member attitude was very bad Hotel manager talked to me in a bad manner. There was a used condom in Washroom, I escalated it to Manager but they did not wash the washroom. Lights, AC, Geyser were not working properly in all the rooms, It is not a safe place for ladies and children as no security person is there. , OYO is a fraud, they do not take any action against them . ,"

"It was an average stay. The ambiance was great with a proper parking space (5/5). Now comes to room service it was below average not that bad and not that satisfying either (3/5). My Oyo provide complementary breakfast but in breakfast they only proved tea no parantha or bread. It was dissapoing from there side. So overall it's an average place to stay for a night or two. With Hassel free check-in and stay."
